Celebrity Stylist & Salon Owner, Gina has now owned 2 salons in The Meatpacking District. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, and previously a co-owner of Gina Thomas Hair Studio in New York City, Gina Angelacci currently is the owner of Gina Le Salon, the salon is the ideal setting for her incomparable style and personality.

Undoubtedly talented – and with an irrepressible enthusiasm – Gina’s persona has been described as creative, energetic, vivacious and fun. Those who know her best also are proud to note that she is sincere, honest, loyal, ageless, happy and tall.

Sought after for a distinct flair that is both refined and unpretentious, Gina appears on numerous television shows as both an expert and subject. Additionally, her celebrity styling has been featured on countless television appearances and magazine covers, as well as at fashion, industry and nonprofit events.

Paul Menoscal is a rarity – a hairdresser sans ego. At Home since 2005 in the West Village slash Meatpacking District, Paul works with a staff who shares a similar pretention free attitude. “It’s a family atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and willing to assist. It’s not competitive”. His Goal is to find both your outer and inner beauty each time you sit in his chair. Above all, he wants you to have that “Wow I look great!” feeling when you leave the salon. The nurturing and relaxed environment he has created serves to help him - and YOU - achieve that goal.

Menoscal has been styling locks for over 17 years and his technical skills are indisputable. However, it is his attention to the individual that sets him apart and has given him a loyal band of clients who follow him wherever he goes. Paul’s calming; ‘get-to-know-you’ approach gives him inspiration for your individual cut. “Let’s talk about the change, why you want it and how it will compliment your personality, makeup, style, clothes and life. Make No Mistake, as much as Paul has terrific ideas for your tresses, he will also do everything in his power to appease the ‘make-me Katie Holms’ sensibility, because ultimately, it’s all about what the client wants, not Paul. Of course, he does draw the line. If a client walks in and has an impulse for a dramatic change that Paul knows won’t serve that individual, he will gently try to dissuade that client. Paul aims to please and is not offended if clients go elsewhere. “I want you to be happy. You’re only in my chair for an allotted time. But you have to deal with your hair on a daily basis. If I am not making you happy, I prefer you find someone who does.”

Most importantly, Paul does not elevate trends above a client’s satisfaction. Trust is immediately established as he sculpts your tresses into their perfect shape. Your loyalty is repaid with that which is invaluable, the promise that you are absolutely safe in your hairdresser’s hands. For those obsessed with new styles, as well as those who want to stick with the tried and true, such a promise is no small thing indeed!

Lil Government's decade-long background in fashion, media, and digital ephemera once led her to ask herself, "how am I positively contributing to people's lives?" Now, she uses her innate love of aesthetics, visual linguistics and geometry to create daily collaborative "art works" that travel everywhere as part of her clients, often shared via the #HAIRBYLILGOV hashtag.

Combining acute attention to detail and Arrojo fundamentals with thoughtful communication on her quest to achieve your perfect cut or color, Lil makes the uniqueness of who you are the ultimate focus. LGBTQ, non-binary and non-conformist humans of all ilks and backgrounds can enjoy enthusiastic expertise and care in Lil's chair.

Lil makes dystopian pop music, and has written for Bullett Media, done fashion styling for Diplo, Todd Edwards, Le1f and Lucid FC, and been featured in Dazed and Vice. She believes those who say New Yorkers aren't capable of long, committed relationships just haven't found the right stylist.
